I love to watch these Egrets form relations with the cattle they feed with/on. These birds seem to have a symbiotic relationship with whatever type of beast they are around. An amazing sight is to see one riding on top of a Water Buffalo or standing on the back of a deer in the woods. It’s almost like they make the beast their pet. I will be adding more examples of the Cattle Egret life in future postings.
